greek yogurt 52 ways: #30 banana nut yogurt
This is a VERY simple recipe. I turn to this light dessert when I don't feel like fussing with a recipe. This is a variation of Emma Chapman's "banana bread" Greek yogurt, which she shared in her post Greek Yogurt: 4 Ways. (You may remember that her post inspired my project- see here).
For this dessert, mash one banana and stir in 1/2 a c of vanilla, Greek yogurt. Top your yogurt with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and about 1 tablespoon of walnuts.* Wait a couple of minutes for your sugar to dissolve. Then: enjoy!
*If I have walnuts, I add them; if I don't, no big deal! I've had this dessert with and without.
I really like this recipe because it's simple, delicious, and satisfying.
