our weight loss toolbox

I'm looking forward to introducing a new feature to my blog: Our Weight Loss Toolbox. I have invited my sisters Jennifer and Jasmine to join me in sharing their perspectives on various topics pertaining to weight loss and healthy living. They are in different seasons of their life, so I thought it would be helpful to hear about the same topic from their perspectives as well as mine.
Next week my sisters will introduce themselves and share a bit of their weight loss/ healthy living stories. (I'm excited!) I will also share a bit of my story though you can piece it together from my many "My Weight Loss Toolbox" posts from the last several years.
