
For this smoothie, blend 1 cup of milk (your choice of milk. I use soy milk), 1/2 c of pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of vanilla, Greek yogurt, 1 banana (preferably frozen), and a pinch of pumpkin spice- I use cinnamon and nutmeg because that's what I have on hand.

Finally, garnish with whipped cream and a crushed ginger snap cookie.

How good does that look?? ...and it tastes just as good, too!
