
Anyway, I wanted to include protein in my smoothie to keep me satisfied... you know what my go to protein source is by now... Greek yogurt! (See Ina Garten's original recipe here).

For this smoothie, blend all of the following until smooth: 1 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 to 1 cup of frozen strawberries, and 1 banana.

This smoothie is the right combination of sweet and tart. It's super refreshing- perfect for breakfast. I love it! Let me know if you try it!
