
For this dessert, preheat your oven to 350*. Combine 2 cups of crushed shortbread cookies and 1/4 cup of butter. Press to the bottom of a pie dish. Bake for about 10 minutes and allow it to cool. Add 1 cup of boiling water to strawberry gelatin (6 oz.) until the gelatin dissolves. Blend 14 oz. of sweetened, condensed milk and 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Add gelatin and blend well. Finally pour the mixture over the crust slowly. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until it's firm. Finally, garnish with whipped cream.

It's very good! Almost as good as those lime squares. ;) Try those first if you haven't!
