
I don't typically make the smoothie with Greek yogurt, but decided I needed to include protein in my smoothie if I'm having it for breakfast!
For this smoothie, blend 1 banana (frozen if you'd like), 1 cup of milk (I use light, soy milk), 1/2 cup of vanilla, Greek yogurt, and a big handful of spinach. Blend until smooth.

Some say they can taste the spinach in the smoothie, but I can't.

I really like it and am always very happy to sneak some greens into my diet.
