It seems weird putting chocolate and a toasted marshmallow between two graham crackers, but I assure you: weird is not what it is. Delicious is what it is.
I decided to go ahead and top my vanilla, Greek yogurt with tiny marshmallows, Hershey's milk chocolate, and crumbled graham crackers. I melted the chocolate and marshmallows in the microwave for about 20 seconds and then chilled my bowl in the fridge for about 15 min.
It was... pretty good. I think I need to invest in one of those kitchen torches to toast the marshmallows instead of warming up the entire bowl, then chilling it. The next time I try this recipe, I am going to buy a kitchen torch (or borrow one) and top my yogurt with a gourmet s'more (see here!). Mmmm.
