Well... the other day I thought, a). "I like peach cobbler." b). "I will look for a lighter, simpler recipe online. And yes, I can make it a la mode with Greek yogurt instead of ice cream." Gasp. Instead of ice cream?! Yes. Instead of ice cream... because this can be a dessert or breakfast that satisfies (being that it has all that protein and not a ton of sugar!).

For this dessert, I made the cobbler first. I came across several sites with the following recipe:

Preheat your oven to 375*. Empty 2- 15 oz. cans of peaches into an 8x8 dish including the lite syrup. (Though I used the syrup from both cans this time, I would use only the syrup of one can next time). Cover with 1 cup of dry, yellow cake mix. Spoon 1/2 stick of melted butter over the cake mix. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Allow your cobbler to cool for 20 minutes.

Easy, right?? And looks yummy already.
Next, layer 1/2 cup of vanilla, Greek yogurt on the bottom of your bowl (as you know by now it's my favorite- that's because it's slightly sweetened!).

Add some of your still- warm peach cobbler to the top of your yogurt. Add a dollop of whipped cream and ground cinnamon if you'd like.

Then... you know what to do. Enjoy!

This is my new favorite.
