Today I'm sharing upside down lemon cream pie, which I slightly modified from the original recipe:

Layer 1/2 c of vanilla, Greek yogurt on the bottom of your bowl; followed by 1/4 c of lemon pudding and a lemon bar. Chill for 30 minutes.

Add a dollop of whipped cream and about 1/2 tbsp of shredded, coconut flakes. Then delve in.

This is a good one. It's as delicious as it looks on the back of the Fiber One box. :) Let me know if you try it!!
