52 sandwiches: complete

I completed my 52 sandwiches project a few weeks ago. I really enjoyed this project as I am a sandwich kind of person, and even after making 52 sandwiches for this project, I'm not tired of them. I love a good sandwich.

When I was 1/2 complete with this project, I shared this mosaic. Now I share this one of my completed project:

52 sandwiches. Boom.

There are several sandwiches I will be making again and again from this project. I shared my first list of favorite sandwiches from my project here and my second set of favorite sandwiches (after I had made a few more sandwiches) here. Of course I came across a few sandwiches that didn't suit my palate. Remember the pb+j catahstrophe??

Anyway, it took me 2 years to complete this project. 52 weeks . . . times 2. Ha. I will be unveiling my next project soon. :)
