That's it. Today's the last day of December and the last day of 2014. How do you feel about that? I'm one of the people that doesn't realize the year has changed for a while. The other day I wrote down "2008." Seriously. I thought to myself, "What the random? Have I perpetually been in the year 2008?" All that to say: I haven't processed that 2014 will be over after today.
This month like all months was busy. Being that it was the holiday season, it was extra busy. Maybe you know what I'm talkin' 'bout. Because I was so busy, I made the goal to document this month via December Daily. I completed 3 weeks so far, and am hoping to finish up the rest by this weekend. See my pages here.
I have to laugh at my other goal to completely catch up with Project Life before starting my 2015 book. What was I thinking?
I did have all of my pictures from June to August printed, cropped, and put in my book. I discussed that in this post. That's something, right?
Anyway, this month we celebrated Jesse's birthday, our anniversary, and my birthday. I turned 32. To celebrate turning 32, I'm giving away 32 favorites. Have you signed up?? Sign up here. Sign ups end this Friday.
This month, we also celebrated my soon to be sister-in-law Jenna's 21st birthday. (Lots of celebratin' this month. ;) See the masquerade, dinner party we put together here.
This month I completed my 52 sandwiches project this month with 2 delicious sandwiches:
#51: garlic + herb chicken + havarti cheese on a pretzel
#52 (!) turkey, stuffing, & cranberry panini
I will be discussing the completion of this project in another post. :)
I got on my soap box a few times this month. I offered Tips for Running a Successful, Small, Business Shop.
I added this discussion to My Weight Loss Toolbox: "I Want Is Better Than I Owe."
I also discussed Goal-Setting Part 1: Overarching Goals, Projects, Resolutions.
And since we're on this topic of goals, this is how I did this month with my goals for December:
(Printable calendar from Jillian McClenahan)
Yes. Totally did.
It's almost complete. Boom.
★Completely catch up with Project Life (scared)
My friend Denise and I exchanged a few books. That counts! ;)
★ Begin and complete a 4 week activity challenge
Not this month. ;/ Don't judge me. It was so busy!
As I said yesterday in Goal-Setting Part 1, there were several things I didn't do from my monthly goals, but there were also several things I did do. Check out my list of 31 Things I've Done Before I Turn 32.
Finally, did you miss my 15 Favorites Before 2015 list? Check that out here.
Goodbye December and goodbye 2014!
