This week I made a "build your own sandwich" muffin tin meal (for Muffin Tin Monday).
I included wheat bread, the tuna salad I shared the other day, kale/spinach, pickles, and tomatoes.
My girls ate it up. Addy was especially proud of the sandwich she built. She said, "I wish I could put a cherry on top." Ha.
