Most of the sandwiches I have made have been winners. Though there was that one time I made a "grown up peanut butter and jelly sandwich" made with brie and arugula. Jesse and I both didn't like it. Jesse hasn't stopped teasing me about it since. I'll say, "I'm making a new sandwich tonight," and he'll reply, "It doesn't have brie in it. Does it?" Or I'll say, "What sandwich should I make next?" And he'll say, "Whatever you want as long as it doesn't have brie." Helpful is what he is.
But seriously. Most of them have been pretty tasty- some more than others. I've put a list together of my top ten favorite sandwiches thus far. These are the ones I'll be making well beyond the end of my 52 sandwiches project:
sandwich #28: turkey salad | cheese + jalapeño sub
sandwich #34: salmon + mango salsa
sandwich #32: chicken + cheddar flatbread
sandwich #6: apricot turkey + cheese sandwich
sandwich #27: stuffed mushroom
sandwich #20: nutella + banana
sandwich #18: guacamole grilled cheese
sandwich #17: turkey, spinach artichoke
sandwich #15: jalapeño popper, bacon grilled cheese
sandwich #10: tomato + mozzarella

I'm itching to make a new favorite. :)
