tips for improving blah days
I have to take into account that today is Monday, which are typically blah days. ;)
Here are 5 tips to increasing your energy.
1. Take a shower, get dressed, put on makeup. I'm usually homebound, so I don't always wear makeup, but it always makes me feel better when I do.
2. Smile. In other words, fake it 'til you make it.
3. Get some fresh air. Like I said, I'm typically homebound. Getting out of my element, breathing in some fresh air, and taking in some sun is energizing.
4. Exercise. It takes energy to make energy.
5. Lighten your to do list. If it's not that important, let it go. Sometimes I'm overwhelmed by my to do list. I feel better by crossing off a few things- like the dishes. ;)
