I came across a recipe for this burger at Gina's Skinnytaste.com. What sold me was the buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese dressing.
As Gina instructs in her recipe, I combined the broccoli slaw and light blue cheese dressing (all store-bought) and set it aside. To make the turkey patty, I combined the ground turkey, grated carrots, grated garlic, grated red onion, breadcrumbs, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. I formed my patty and then I grilled it until it was thoroughly cooked. I layered the cheddar cheese and broccoli slaw on top, and added them to my sesame seed roll.
