My mom introduced me to these cheese and jalapeño sub rolls when she and I grabbed a quick lunch years ago. They're delicious!
For this sandwich, I put turkey salad from the deli on one side of the bread. In the picture, I put the ingredients listed on the container in case you want to replicate the recipe (I probably will, too!). I put chipotle white cheddar cheese slices on the other side of the bread. I put them open-faced in my toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
This is another winner!
