52 sandwiches: 1/2 complete

I am at the halfway point with my 52 sandwiches project. (!!) I am really enjoying this project... probably because I love sandwiches so much.  I don't think you'll ever meet someone who loves sandwiches as much as I do. ;)

I am looking forward to the second half of this project. I am currently looking into buying a panini maker.  I think it's more than time.
