For this sandwich, I sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion. I sauted the vegetables in a little olive oil for a few minutes. After the vegetables were soft and slightly caramelized, I added thinly sliced roast beef. After the roast beef also caramelized, I took the sesame seed french roll and toasted it lightly in the same pan.

To arrange this sandwich, I layered the roast beef, bell peppers, onions, and muenster cheese on the sesame seed french roll. The cheese melts with the heat of the the beef and vegetables.

I like the sandwich with layer of melted cheese. Jesse prefers the cheese melted throughout the sandwich. Jesse melted the cheese in the pan with the roast beef and vegetables:

Either way, this is a tasty sandwich! ;)
