
I got the idea for this sandwich in Martha Stewart's July 2013 issue of Everyday Food.
For this sandwich, my husband seasoned chicken with salt and pepper and grilled it. Meanwhile, I tossed plum tomatoes chopped in half with minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Then, Jesse grilled the tomatoes. I brushed the split ciabatta bread with olive oil and grilled them until toasted. While the chicken was hot, I topped it with shredded parmesan cheese and sliced mozzarella cheese.

Finally, to arrange the sandwich, I layered the chicken with cheese and the tomatoes inside of the ciabatta bread.

I always say it, but it's true! This was a tasty sandwich!
