January always feels like a fresh start, which I love. I love new beginnings.
I love that I get to buy a new planner. I look forward to it every year. It feels silly admitting it. ;)
(I'm obviously very fond of my new planner).
I spent this month bettering our family routine. It's always a work in progress. Right now we're adjusting to Juli's needs. She is teething, so she wants to be held constantly. I know to expect it. I have 3 other little ones, who have needs, too, though. They need to eat and they need
I'm constantly working on my time managements skills. Some days are better than others. Jesse and I are also trying to figure out how to fit in exercising without it majorly disrupting our valuable, evening, family time. We are still getting into a routine. It's work, but it's all worthwhile. (Right?)
This month I started my 2014 Project Life album. (!!!) So excited for a new year.
This month I also added 4 more sandwiches to my 52 sandwiches project:
I am happy I accomplished my goals for January, as well.
This is a rundown of them:
I joined a gym (seriously, I'm still floored by how inexpensive it is) and started regularly attending classes offered by my gym including Zumba and Ripped. I am feeling motivated to workout again and that feels like a huge accomplishment. I am looking forward to exercising rather than dreading it like I was before. This month I blogged about enjoying exercise and overcoming exercise challenges.
I celebrate that I did eat more vegetables than I had been eating. I always feel like I need to improve here, but I need to celebrate the little accomplishments. I blogged about eating more vegetables this month.
This month I shared a layout of the main, living areas in our home. I'm excited to be more mindful about decorating our home. Expect plenty of DIY projects in future posts.
I'm glad you stopped by. Enjoy your weekend!
