Happy 2014! Just like that it's a new year.
I am full of ideas, resolutions, and goals. I don't want to get ahead of myself and exhaust my energy, so I am getting organized and keeping my goals doable. I am sticking to monthly goals like I've done for the past 2 years.
This month, I intend to:
★Revamp my workout routine
I mentioned that I am tired of my old routine. Any workout I do needs to be somewhat enjoyable. My hands are full with little ones. I'm not adding more to my plate that I don't enjoy because I probably won't make time to do it. I do love going to the Zumba class by my house twice a week so I am hoping to find another Zumba class nearby so I can increase my level of activity per week.
★Dress my vegetables differently in attempts to eat more of them
I need to spice up my vegetables... not literally (well, maybe literally). My goal is to increase my servings of vegetables. I am hoping to find tasty ways of incorporating them into my diet.
★Begin phase 1 of decorating our home
We bought our house 2 years ago. We've added big furniture pieces, but now it's time to dress up our house with color and style.
