I spread a garlic cheese spread (very little cream cheese combined with minced garlic and shredded cheese) on whole wheat bread. I assembled the sandwich with homemade cranberry sauce (my cousin's girlfriend made it), lettuce (I used iceberg, which is what I had on hand. Spinach or romaine lettuce would be good, too), and turkey. I toasted the sandwich in my toaster oven for about 10 minutes.

It's not identical to Panera's, but tasty all the same. I love the savory and sweet combination. It reminded me of this sandwich, which is another favorite.
** I am attempting to make 52 sandwiches. Read more about how this project got started here. See all the sandwiches I've made so far here.**
