52 sandwiches #2: turkey artichoke hoagie

Turkey artichoke hoagie
For this sandwich, (1.) I spread artichoke spread on one side of the whole wheat hoagie, (2.) then the spinach evenly over the artichoke spread, (3.) then the sliced tomatoes over the spinach. (4.) On the other side, I spread the shredded, Italian cheese (5.) and the sliced (or diced) turkey.  (6.) Finally, I wrapped the hoagie in foil and baked it in the oven at 400* for 15 minutes or so.

This one is a winner.  I really liked this sandwich, and can see myself eating it over and over again.

  1. Mmm, spinach. That's my favorite thing of late. I just wash it and eat it plain...using my fingers! Haha! It's a great idea to incorporate it into a sandwich. Looks luscious!

    1. I love spinach, too. For a while I wasn't getting enough spinach smoothies. :)
