DeleteHi Jessica :) Just saw your post and thought you might be interested in MyFitnessPal for your meal tracking- if you're not already using this program :) I just found it a few months after I got my iphone and I've lost about 25lbs. using it to track my food and exercise! You don't need to have an iphone or even a smartphone to use it- you can just do it online. Hope you're enjoying being busy! :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 25 lbs! That's awesome!! I was using the Weight Watcher app for tracking, but recently switched to a journal... I had to change it up. I will have to look into MyFitnessPal when I get bored of tracking this way. Thank you for the tip! :)
