currently in october

 reading the last chapter of Searching For God Knows What 
 preparing a birthday party for Addy, my youngest, who is turning 3 :) 
 starting a new activity challenge: Ripped in 30 (I am forced to take a break today because I think I strained a muscle in my thigh. Yikes)
 searching for new sandwich recipes (I found a yummy apricot/mustard spread.  I will be sharing more of my sandwich recipes soon) 
 obsessed with Instagram 
 exploring Pinterest 
 trying to drink lots of water (aiming for ½ of my weight in ounces)
 yearning for decorative, white pumpkins 
 taking walks as much as possible
 faithful to meal tracking
 happy for my sister's upcoming wedding
 watching Dancing with the Stars 
 excited for another trip to the orchard
 enjoying a pumpkin smoothie every afternoon this week (to make your own, check out Emma's recipe on A Beautiful Mess)

Hi Jessica :) Just saw your post and thought you might be interested in MyFitnessPal for your meal tracking- if you're not already using this program :) I just found it a few months after I got my iphone and I've lost about 25lbs. using it to track my food and exercise! You don't need to have an iphone or even a smartphone to use it- you can just do it online. Hope you're enjoying being busy! :)

    1. Congratulations on 25 lbs! That's awesome!! I was using the Weight Watcher app for tracking, but recently switched to a journal... I had to change it up. I will have to look into MyFitnessPal when I get bored of tracking this way. Thank you for the tip! :)
