As I was reading through my latest, favorite magazines, I came across an article in the September 2012 issue of Everyday Food:

that gave the steps to making paper bag popcorn:
Basically, you take a paper bag and 1 or 2 tablespoons of popcorn kernels:
Put them in the bag (I used the smaller paper bags):
Fold the bag over 2 or 3 times:
Microwave the popcorn for about one minute and thirty seconds. It depends on your microwave settings. Listen to the popcorn until you hear it stop popping and then pull it out.
Enjoy as is or add some toppings if you'd like.
Everyday Food had a few interesting topping combinations: Mexican chocolate, cheesy garlic, and spicy citrus. If I try any of them, I will let you know.
I have been snacking on popcorn regularly; it is nice to find healthy everyday snacks.

That's a great idea since you can make as much or as little as you want each time :~)
