I am going to talk about my weight loss project a little bit today, and much more in the weeks to come. I did ramble about this a few months ago.
At this point in my life, I need to lose weight. These are not vanity pounds I need to lose- I am overweight. Since I faithfully started this project in June of 2010, I have lost 35 pounds and have about 10 more to lose to be within a healthy BMI range for my height. I am on a mission to lose the rest of the weight and then maintain a healthy lifestyle. These are the steps I am making steps towards a healthier lifestyle:

I plan to embellish on these topics more. I plan to discuss my activity within the next few days.
I am throwing this post out there because I plan to refer to it often when I post recipes or find an activity I like that I would like to share. Some days I might just ramble about this and I need a sounding board.
This is an evolving project.
