muffin tin monday: valentine's day- chinese food

Today's Muffin Tin Monday is celebrating Valentine's Day tomorrow. (Do you have any romantic plans? I will be back tomorrow to tell you all about mine).
I decided to go with a special, Chinese take-out muffin tin meal:
Muffin Tin Monday
The idea for this started weeks ago when I splurged invested in a several, seasonal Valentine's Day muffin tin meal supplies:

including these super cute take-out boxes from the Target dollar bins:

I knew that I would use those, so I lined the muffin tins:

and filled them with my girls' favorite Chinese food choices:

fried rice, orange chicken, chow mien, squash, carrots, broccoli, and a fortune cookie.
They would have been happy to see the Chinese food by itself, but even happier when it was presented this way.

Be sure to visit Michelle at Muffin Tin Monday for more fun muffin tin meals.

(I'm sorry for the awkward lighting. It was a gloomy day here in California).
