dress form mini fabric collage

I made this mini fabric collage featuring a dress form. I made this collage for my partner Wendy for this swap hosted by Linda at A Swap For All Seasons.
I made this collage using some favorite supplies: pink polka dot fabric, lace, vintage trims, pearly beads, forget-me-not flowers, and a distressed tag. (This dress form shaped distressed tag is from my friend Jen's shop Vintage Distractions. She has the best things in her shop). I stamped "Beautiful" on the corset tag using a Close to My Heart stamp from this stamp set.

If you want to see more pictures of the mini collages, visit Linda's post here.

  3. *snap* I will be sending my swap out to you this week too. though it is half term here which means the Boy will be home all week. I have been trying to negotiate a trip to York in thursday (one of my favourite little places, which has lovely thrift shops and one junk werehouse that I haven't visited for a couple of years and hopefully I will get a chance to snoop around.

I love the dress form its very pretty. and I have just got distracted by the black and white 'happy hauntings' collection of euphemera on the right.. ohh and reeces... you have those most beautiful blog and crafts... I keep meaning to order some library cards and pockets for crafting/ holding a book party (i've seen some invites on pinterest that I covet madly).. I have no idea why I'm telling you this but you will understand what I mean. best go make breakfast!!
