I was happy to find these owl muffin liners to use:
This is the recipe:
One spice cake mix, one 15 oz can of pumpkin, and 1/2 a cup of water. Mix these altogether and disregard the directions on the back.
Bake your muffins at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or so- until your toothpick comes out clean.
A recipe certainly doesn't get any easier than that. Sadly, I don't even think I could find a spice cake mix in this country. :/ Love how you've wrapped them up for gift giving. Have a great week! :) Tammy

YummO. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and the super cute clever packaging. Happy Autumn...
ReplyDeleteOoooh! Great idea! My little one has a lot of food allergies, so this would be perfect for her. We make brownies this way ~ just add one can of pumpkin to a box of brownie mix. They come out very dense and pumpkin-y!
ReplyDeleteThey sound wonderful, I think I'll have to give them a try! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteYour basket of muffins is a sweet and thoughtful gift.
