In other news, I am being better about losing some pesky pounds. I have been having a smoothie for breakfast regularly. I use Alton Brown's Buff Smoothie recipe (I add plain frozen yogurt, as well). In one episode of Alton Brown's Good Eats, he talked about the benefits of eating fruits/vegetables that are purple like grapes, blueberries, acai berries, etc. Besides being rich in antioxidants, they are also good at removing excess matter from one's body.
I use acai juice in my smoothie.
I've also been itching to buy Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I am an avid reader of Bye Bye, Pie, and she is motivating her readers to accompany her in working out using the video. Also, look at this post, too.
